Dampen face and apply cleanser. Massage over the entire face and rinse off using warm water or a warm damp cotton cloth.
Our tubes and bottles all contain 30 – 35% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) material. Beyond this, Alpha-H’s tubes, bottles and cardboard packaging are all 100% recyclable.
1. Upon unboxing, flatten the cardboard packaging to place in the recycling bin.
2. Once you finish the tube, separate the lid from the tube. Cut the tube open and rinse. Recycle everything.

I love Balancing Cleanser, and have been using this product for years, but I’ve found this most recent delivery of this beautiful product is more watery and less luscious than usual.
Usually is sits flush on the skin like a thick mask, but the most recent Cleanser is more transparent and thin than usual. It is like it has been watered down? Anyway still a lovely cleanser, just a shame the quality is not consistent

I have been using this cream for a long while and still love it. It is light but still cleans my skin perfectly well. It has a sophisticated scent and absorbs easily leaving no residue.

I've been using this balancing cleanser for a few years now. I've tried other cleansers but I keep coming back to this one. I'm 50 yo and I have normal to dry skin, it gets dry in the colder months. This creamy cleanser just works. It makes my face feel clean without stripping the moisture from it. I use it AM and PM followed by Alpha H serums and moisturisers and i use it all year round. You won't be disappointed with this product. If I have been wearing make-up (I don't wear much when I do wear it) I will do a double cleanse to make sure I have got all of the make-up off.
