Routine for Dry and Dehydrated Skin

Dry and dehydrated complexions can suffer from a lack of natural oil production, sufficient moisture, or both. Dry skin is a skin type and presents with the inability to produce an optimum amount of barrier-preserving natural oils. Dehydrated skin, on the other hand, is a skin condition, often influenced by environmental and lifestyle factors which can result in the loss of precious moisture from the skin – trans-epidermal water loss.

If you find you have either dry and/or dehydrating skin, ensure your routine includes a balance of humectant and water-loving hydrators, emollient and occlusive moisture preservers.

We’ve devised the ideal weekly routine to nourish and hydrate dry and dehydrated skin below.

Every Morning

Start with Balancing Cleanser, a creamy, non-foaming cleanser which can help to soothe dryness and respects the skin’s naturally occurring pH

Follow with Liquid Gold Firming Eye Cream to hydrate and nourish the delicate eye area

Build skin resilience with Vitamin B Serum for a hydrating moisture boost

Finish with Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF50+ to moisturise and shield from the effects of damaging UV rays

Every Evening

Double Cleanse with Melting Moment Cleansing Balm, followed by Balancing Cleanser

Apply Liquid Gold Firming Eye Cream

Build skin resilience with Vitamin E Serum’s restorative properties

Finish with Essential Hydration Cream to seal in moisture
